The spa is located inside the "City" branch of the Nuffield Heath Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Please enter the Nuffield Health Club entrance on Cousin Lane indicated at the location on the map to the right and pictured below. Once inside, a receptionist from the Health Club will direct you to the spa.
By Car
Come by car and you'll have no trouble finding us.
There's easy access from the M25
(about 40 minutes drive), M1 and M4 (both about 20 minutes drive) and M11
(about 30 minutes drive) and just 10 minutes from the City.
