8. Bookings can be made as soon as you receive your voucher code
9. You can change your appointment time and date using your online account up until 48hours before your appointment. After this time, you cannot alter or cancel your appointment
10. Refunds will not be given if you miss your appointment
11. Vouchers expire midnight 3rd August 2012. No refunds or extensions are applicable after this date
