To book the treatment Package:

Click the "Book a Treatment" button
Enter your Voucher number in the textbox provided and follow the on-screen instructions

Offer ends midnight Saturday 21th December
Offer only available at our Kensington and City Riverside spas
You can purchase any number of vouchers for you or your friends as gifts
Voucher code will be emailed to you within 4 working days after your purchase, unless you purchase on Monday 19th - Wednesday 21st December, in which case you will receive your voucher on Thursday 22nd December
Vouchers expire midnight 31st March 2012. No refunds or extensions are applicable after this date
Bookings can only be made online at http://ospalondon.com/login using your voucher code
You can change your appointment time and date using your online account up until 48hours before your appointment. After this time, you cannot alter or cancel your appointment
Refunds will not be given if you miss your appointment
Not suitable for pregnant women as O SPA London products used during your session contain essential oils which are not suitable for pregnant women

How to use

This voucher may be redeemed in any O SPA London site in the UK. This voucher may be redeemed against O SPA London spa products and or treatments. This voucher may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash in part of full.

Cancellation policy

If this voucher is used to confirm a treatment, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required or this voucher shall automatically be redeemed in full with no service or retail items provided. Pre-booked reservations will be released to other guests 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time should you be late. Late arrivals will unfortunately not be guaranteed a full treatment time, as this would disturb the following guest’s treatment.
