Required Experience: Full-time experience within a premium spa.
Hair Stylists
Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with work experience gained through the qualification and ideally 2 years work experience.
Required Experience: Full-time experience within a premium spa.
Hair Juniors
Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, with work experience gained through the qualification.
Required Experience: Full-time experience within a premium spa.
Barbers
Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 2.
Required Experience:Proven high-standard experience working within a salon.
Massage Therapists
Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Required Experience: Full-time experience within a premium spa.
Nail Technicians
Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
Required Experience: Full-time experience within a premium spa.

Required Qualifications and Experience: You must have previous managerial experience within a premium spa, the ability to
lead a team, be self motivated and ideally hold senior beauty qualifications.
Assistant Managers & Head Therapists
Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
Required Experience: Previous full-time working experience in a senior position within a spa environment.
Front of House staff
Spa Reception experience is an advantage but not essential.
A passion for serving others and a love for the spa industry is essential with previous full
time work experience in a field where exceptional customer service has to be delivered at all times.
A personable nature and professional manner is vital.
Customer Service Advisors
Applicants must have proven customer service experience, ideally from a high call volume environment.
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement.
Hair Assistants
